About Lehe Fender
Hey y’all! My name is Lehe, pronounced “Lee”, Fender (and yes, I’m still slightly mad at my parents for naming me that). 😂 All jokes aside, I’m jacked to be the newest addition to the Perrella group!
It was a unique journey that brought me to real estate. After studying Civil Engineering here at The Citadel, I went on to Virginia Tech for my masters in Geotechnical Engineering focusing on foundations and soil behavior. I couldn’t stay away from Charleston for much longer, so I came right back after graduating!
After practicing as an engineer for 7 years here in Charleston, I realized that I’m much too extroverted to sit at a desk all day! I was confident my entrepreneurial spirit and love for helping people would be the perfect mix for real estate. Thankfully, my time as an engineer didn’t go to waste and I still enjoy diving into the details to help my clients get the absolute best out of their experiences.
I’ve also been involved in the rental/investing world here in Charleston for some years now, and love helping my clients buy, sell, or diversify their portfolios by investing in good properties! There’s no better place for it than Charleston!
When I’m not helping my clients, you can find me spending time with my smokin’ hot wife (brownie points) and our two kids (ages 2 years and 3 months) who are the lights of our lives! I also love the outdoors, trying my best to stay fit at the gym, and running around with the family dog, TJ!
