Meet our founder, Adam Perrella! Adam is a Realtor whose passion for real estate and architecture has spanned a lifetime. Combining this with his business background, he's able to leverage his unique experience in every transaction so clients can truly find their dream homes.
Agent Molly Lawson is a proud alum of Bowling Green State University and has a passion for sales that started with her time there. She owned her own professional photography business for over a decade, photographing some of the most beautiful homes in Charleston. Which inspired her to transition to the world of real estate!
Alee Barnes was born and raised in Charleston. She shares 3 children with her adoring husband, Dustin, who is also a Charleston native. Alee has a love of real estate and as a self-proclaimed "local gypsy", she and Dustin have bought, sold, and moved into over 5 houses in the course of 13 years.
Meet Josh Smith! Born and raised in Pittsburgh, after graduating from Penn State he decided to ditch the snow and long winters and move south. After initially settling on Hilton Head Island, Josh fell in love with the Lowcountry instantly. A few years later Josh and his girlfriend, Hayley, moved to Mt. Pleasant where they currently reside.
Columbia, South Carolina native, College of Charleston Graduate, and now a local Charlestonian, Thorn has found a way to make all facets of real estate a part of life. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, mortgage lending experience with Guild Mortgage, and real estate marketing experience with Lois Lane Properties and Carolina One Real Estate, he has now put the pieces together to become the agent for you.
After graduating from UCLA (go Bruins!) and spending the first few years after college working in sales, I was able to buy my first condo. I became obsessed with the process and it inspired me to become a real estate agent. I pride myself on educating first time home buyers while also helping experienced buyers find their dream home. My goal as your agent is to give you the most seamless experience while also getting you the best deal. As a Seaside Farms resident in Mount Pleasant, I can show clients how to live the Lowcountry lifestyle.
