About Alee Barnes

Alee Barnes was born and raised in Charleston.  She shares 3 children with her adoring husband, Dustin, who is also a Charleston native.  Alee has a love of real estate and as a self-proclaimed “local gypsy”, she and Dustin have bought, sold, and moved into over 5 houses in the course of 13 years.  With her extensive knowledge of the Lowcountry area and knack for a good find, Alee has helped many of her friends and family members to find their homes.  She also has a love and natural eye for interior decorating has achieved a certificate in this field and has helped to decorate a multitude of homes in the area.  When she is not searching for new houses to buy (and once again move her crew!!), you can find Alee and her family out on their boat, at one of the local sandbars, or listening to live music around town.

Favorite Food:  Hmmm….is this a trick question?  Food is my jam (no pun intended).

Design/Architecture Style: Cape Cod, Cottage, Colonial, Midcentury Modern, and Craftsman.

Fun Fact: She is a 4th generation Charlestonian on both her maternal and paternal sides.

Dream Job: Being a crew member on a billionaire’s yacht where she lives full time and travels the world.

Guilty Pleasure: Late night, online shopping while sipping on her favorite beverages.
