About Josh Smith

Meet Josh Smith! Born and raised in Pittsburgh, after graduating from Penn State he decided to ditch the snow and long winters and move south. After initially settling on Hilton Head Island, Josh fell in love with the Lowcountry instantly. A few years later Josh and his girlfriend, Hayley, moved to Mt. Pleasant where they currently reside. 

Josh’s friends and family would describe him as someone who always has “serval irons in the fire”. From mixing classic cocktails to playing tennis, golf, and pickleball tournaments, Josh’s competitive nature allows him to put his whole heart into everything he does, including real estate! After having coached competitive tennis for many years, Josh understands that each client, home, and situation is different and having a unique game plan is a must! What he loves most about real estate is “coaching” clients through each transaction and ultimately helping them achieve their homeownership goals!

Design/Architecture Style: Antebellum Style (Georgian/Neo-Classical)

Fun Fact: I enjoy mixing classic cocktails in my free time. The Manhattan, Last Word and Brown Derby are some of my favorites.
